We’re Hiring: Help Us Build Calmer Classrooms, One Moment at a Time

Something meaningful is happening behind the scenes at The Nap Time Show®.

For the past nearly 5 years, we’ve been creating slow, gentle, developmentally thoughtful media for children. Content that respects their pace, their emotions, and their need for rest in a world that constantly asks them to speed up.
But as we’ve grown, something became clear:
The need doesn’t stop at nap time.
Childcare providers—especially those working in under-resourced environments—are navigating constant transitions. From cleanup to circle time, from lunch to rest, from high energy to calm…these moments are the highest friction ones of the day and can make or break a classroom.
And too often, educators are left to manage them alone.
That’s why we created Fruit Snack Streams™.
Fruit Snack Streams is a platform designed specifically for childcare classrooms, offering short, 5-minute videos that help guide children through transitions in a way that is calming, developmentally appropriate, and actually usable in real classrooms.
More than content. t’s a daily support tool for educators. It’s a way to reduce stress in the classroom. It’s a way to help children regulate, reset, and feel safe.
And now, as we prepare for our official launch later this year, we’re building the team that will help bring this vision to life.
We’re Hiring
We’re currently bringing on two key roles:
🔹 Sales Pipeline Contractor (Pre-Launch)
Help us connect with childcare leaders who are already interested in what we’re building. This role focuses on starting real conversations and building a pipeline of centers ready to come onboard when we launch.
🔹 Boone Productions Trinity Fellowship (Pilot Cohort)
A short-term, paid fellowship bringing together emerging talent across media production, early childhood education, and developmental psychology to create content for real classrooms.
Who This Is For
We’re looking for people who:
Care deeply about children and the environments they learn in
Want to build something that actually helps people
Are excited by the idea of creating calm in spaces that often feel chaotic
Are ready to contribute to something growing, evolving, and real
Why This Matters
If you’ve ever seen a classroom struggle to settle…If you’ve ever watched a teacher try to hold it all together…If you’ve ever wondered how media could actually support—not overstimulate—children…
This work will make sense to you.
We’re building something that we believe can quietly transform classrooms across the country.
And we’re just getting started.
If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
